Sous Chef (Adelaide)

The Moseley Bar & Kitchen is in the heart of Moseley Square in Glenelg. It is an award winning venue with an excellent reputation for premium food and beverage offerings and a loyal customer base. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the culinary team. This is a diverse role where you will have the chance to create an unforgettable experience for our customers. We offer an a la carte menu, specialised offerings for functions and events as well as regular degustation dinners with beverage partners where you will have the chance to shine. Qualifications Passion for presenting consistently good food Excellent teamwork and communication between front and back of house Ability to train kitchen team members Attention to detail in kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene Understanding of supporting a protected workplace and following safe work procedures Experience with ordering and stocktaking, to provide back-up for the head chef Ability to work across a 7-day roster Benefits Opportunity to be creative
