Program Manager (Adelaide)

About the role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery across various high-profile and critical Australian Defence programs. Working closely with technical engineering teams and support functions, you will ensure the delivery of L3Harris solutions, in line with our customer's specifications, budget and timeframe requirements. Reporting to regional program directors, your activities will focus on driving the required activity at every stage of the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Coordinating project milestones to align with available resources. Measuring team performance against pre‐established schedules and budgets. Financial reporting for executive review. Assisting with bids and proposals. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities for future investigation and implementation. About you Proven experience in a Program Manager role. Knowledge of and experience with the ASDEFCON suite. Financial management and budgeting. Safety and risk awareness in project execution. Reporting capability with financials, schedule and resourcing.
