Galvanising Customer Service Officer (Adelaide)

Your New Role As a Galvanising Customer Service Officer, you'll sit at the heart of our galvanising sales team, handling customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, and keeping the admin running smoothly. You'll report to the Customer Service and Operations Team Leader and work alongside a small, supportive team. Responsibilities Taking calls and responding to emails from customers, following up and building relationships Preparing and sending customer quotes Processing customer purchase orders and creating factory work orders Handling invoicing, archiving, and other general administrative tasks Entering and managing data accurately across our systems Supporting the broader galvanising team Qualifications Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office A customer-first mindset — you enjoy helping people and resolving queries professionally Robust attention to detail — accuracy matters in this role, whether it's a quote or a work order Good communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional on the phone and in writing Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (advantageous) Exposure to wholesalers, customers and distributors with the trades industries (a bonus, but not essential) A genuine commitment to workplace safety Benefits Secure, stable employment with an ASX listed Australian manufacturer Annual incentive bonus recognising your contribution Company share bonus — eligible after 2 years of service $1,000 employee referral bonus for each successful referral you make A friendly team with experienced leaders who are invested in your development Real growth opportunities across the business Access to our Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support Involvement in charity and community programs we're proud to be part of Note on applying At Korvest, we hire for potential, not just for a perfect resume.
