About the Role As our Service Desk Controller, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional experience to our trade customers. What You'll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for customers and trade enquiries. Coordinate service desk activities and support site operations. Work across POS systems and Microsoft Office tools. Collaborate with the wider team while also working independently when required. Maintain high standards of organisation and communication. What We're Looking For Strong trade knowledge or trade background (highly regarded). Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
