About the role As a member of the Edinburgh Maintenance Team, this role is responsible for directly leading maintenance teams in delivering contracted maintenance outcomes for SRG at Edinburgh. The Team Lead Maintenance Planner works in accordance and complies with all processes, systems and tools set by the Edinburgh Maintenance Manager, to enable service delivery excellence. The scope of the Team Lead Maintenance Planner encompasses all maintenance scheduling within the 10SQN underpinned by a high degree of personal and professional integrity Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction, balancing best practices with contractual/service requirements Proven planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and timeframes Capable of enforcing maintenance control processes for AAP's business in compliance with corporate / regulatory standards Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Products (Access, Word, Excel) and advanced data analysis skills Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build long-lasting, collaborative relationships with peers Why us Here at Airbus, we offer a holistic, competitive framework that recognises performance and rewards outcomes.
