Perth Based with remote FIFO travel | 5:2 Roster Civeo is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly capable Operations Manager to lead and support operational excellence across several village locations in
Western Australia. This key role ensures consistently high standards, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and drives performance across multiple sites and client portfolios. You will oversee day‐to‐day village operations, support on‐site management teams, and partner closely with our internal departments—including IT, Retail Operations, Finance, and HSQE—to deliver protected, efficient, and profitable services. Success in this role requires experience and confidence in managing multiple clients, scopes, and high‐volume operational demands. Your availability to fly to site weekly from Tuesday to Thursday from Perth Airport is essential. Key Responsibilities Operational accountability across key village sites. Leading diverse teams to deliver outcomes aligned to client and organisational expectations. Oversee account management, client engagement, and contract delivery. Managing multiple clients and contract scopes across various village operations. Ensuring profitability and sound financial performance across these sites. Maintaining strong safety, compliance, and
service standards. Ensure profitable monthly P&Ls; across assigned sites. Support invoicing processes and financial reporting. Lead, coach, and develop village management teams. Drive operational consistency, service quality, and continuous improvement. Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage operational escalations. Experience Experience managing multi‐site operations within hospitality, accommodation, or village environments. 3+ years FIFO experience in either a Village/Project management role on a large site or Operations Manager or Key Account Manager. Proven capability in managing multiple clients and scopes confidently and professionally. Demonstrated leadership experience, including training and team development. Strong understanding of contract management, KPIs, and service delivery obligations. Exposure to ISO, HACCP, and industry quality standards. Skills & Qualifications Certificate‐level qualification in Hospitality or Business (desirable). Robust analytical capability for data and trend analysis. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised with strong project and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (moderate–advanced). Solutions‐focused mindset with strong decision‐making and troubleshooting abilities. High resilience, adaptability, and results orientation. Ability to problem‐solve, delegate effectively, manage competing deadlines, and communicate with confidence.
