About the role Proactively manage your own Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims portfolio through to finalisation, ensuring high‐quality decision‐making and customer‐focused outcomes. Drive strategic, holistic case management, applying early intervention and collaborative planning to support effective recovery and return‐to‐work pathways. Assess and manage claimant needs, including analysing medical information, handling benefit‐related correspondence, and coordinating treatment and rehabilitation requirements. Evaluate and approve reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation, making evidence‐based decisions aligned with recovery goals. Ensure strong compliance and quality standards, maintaining integrity and adherence to all relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines. Build productive relationships with key stakeholders—including legal, medical, and rehabilitation partners—and collaborate with your Team Manager to provide coaching, guidance, and support across the team. About you Previous CTP Claims experience (minimum 3 years) Excellent customer
