We are now seeking an experienced Business Manager (F&I;) to join our dedicated team and help us continue delivering exceptional customer experiences. THE OPPORTUNITY As our Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers through the vehicle purchase process by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic dealership environment and values genuine customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customers with clear, compliant finance and insurance options Manage all F&I; documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities Build strong relationships with lenders, insurers, and customers Maintain high ethical standards and ensure full compliance Achieve performance targets while delivering outstanding service ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Business Manager or F&I; Manager in the automotive industry Strong understanding of finance and insurance products Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to customer care Relevant accreditation (e.g., MFAA/CAFBA) highly regarded Clear credit file and clear police record to represent our financier WHY JOIN DUTTONS?
