Opportunity You will contribute to the leadership and delivery of complex, design‐driven projects across multiple sectors, working closely with senior leaders and talented project teams across the practice. What You'll Bring Proven experience leading medium to large‐scale projects Strong project leadership, documentation and contract administration skills High proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD also valued) Experience working within BIM‐managed project environments Solid communication, team leadership and stakeholder management skills A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for design excellence Willingness to travel interstate occasionally About BELL Architecture BELL Architecture is a dynamic, nationally operating practice that genuinely cares about its people, its clients, and the quality of the work it delivers.
