Asphalt Worker with HR/MR Licence (Adelaide)

This role is primarily labouring-based, working as part of an asphalt crew on road construction and maintenance projects. A HR or MR Driver's Licence is required, with opportunities to assist with truck driving and machine operations when required. About the Role

Working alongside experienced asphalt crews, you will be involved in all aspects of asphalt and roadworks, helping to deliver high-quality projects across Adelaide. Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with the preparation and laying of asphalt surfaces
- Shovelling, raking, spreading, sealing, and compacting asphalt
- General labouring and site preparation duties
- Supporting crew members with road construction and maintenance activities
- Assisting with truck driving and material deliveries when required
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and organised work environment
- Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in asphalt, roadworks, or civil construction
- HR or MR Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening Highly Desirable

- Skid Steer Licence
- Roller Ticket/Licence
- Experience operating civil or asphalt machinery
