Residential Care Executive: Strategic Leader & Growth (Adelaide)

Reporting to the Group General Manager, Residential Care, the role is responsible for overall leadership, performance and day‑to‑day operations of the site. Leading a large multidisciplinary team, this position combines strategic leadership, strong clinical governance, commercial acumen and a focus on building team capability to deliver high quality care and service outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- providing strategic and operational leadership across the Fullarton site, ensuring high quality, person‑centred care and service delivery;
- leading and supporting a large clinical and operational team, building capability, engagement and a solid team culture;
- ensuring robust clinical governance and compliance with aged care standards, legislation and accreditation requirements;
- driving financial performance, occupancy and funding optimisation through strong commercial and operational management;
- leading continuous improvement initiatives, including contributing to future site development and uplift;
- building strong relationships with residents, families, staff and key stakeholders to enhance experience and outcomes. The successful candidate will bring substantial leadership experience in residential aged care or a comparable healthcare environment, ideally with a current Registered Nurse qualification. You will demonstrate strong clinical governance credibility, commercial acumen with proven people and team leadership experience. A visible, values‑led leader with a track record in developing emerging talent, you will bring highly developed communication, collaboration and change leadership skills, with an understanding of the issues impacting older people.
