About this Opportunity Our Organisational Development team plays a key role in transforming how learning is delivered across RFDS SA/NT. Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital learning content that supports capability development, compliance training, and organisational transformation initiatives. This exciting opportunity will support the transition to a current Learning Management System (LMS), converting existing learning materials into modern, interactive eLearning modules while also creating new content aligned to organisational capability needs. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), People & Culture, operational leaders and project stakeholders, you will apply contemporary instructional design principles and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise to create high‑quality, SCORM‑compliant learning solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Convert existing learning materials and competencies into interactive digital learning content
- Prepare and test SCORM‑compliant learning packages for upload into the new LMS
- Apply adult learning principles to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention
- Collaborate with SMEs and operational teams to develop effective learning solutions
- Translate complex operational and technical information into clear, user‑friendly content
- Support learning content reviews to ensure quality, accessibility, consistency and compliance
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on effective digital learning approaches
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across learning systems and content development About You You are a creative and detail‑oriented learning professional with strong instructional design capability and a passion for creating engaging digital learning experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders, and can effectively balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Key Requirements
- Experience using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise to create digital learning content
- Strong instructional design capability and understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience working collaboratively with SMEs to develop learning materials
- Ability to simplify and translate complex information into engaging learning experiences
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organisational and time‑management capability with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams in complex and dynamic environments Qualifications
- Qualification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Benefits
