With a heavy focus on live music and community, we are the go-to spot on The Parade for everything from casual pints to tailored events. Responsibilities
- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift Requirements Inherent requirements: This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
- You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
- You’ve learned from excellent managers and are ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
