Defence ERP & Warehouse Optimization Lead - Remote (Adelaide)

BiORG are seeking EOI for Adelaide professionals in Integrated Logistics Support, Warehouse Management and Defence ERP. BiORG’s expertise spans areas like Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and System Safety Engineering, ensuring comprehensive and robust solutions for clients. Role Description We have many upcoming full time, on-site and remote roles for Supply Support and Defence ERP specialists within Defence. Duties may include:
- Lead advanced inventory and supply support functions across the full supply chain lifecycle, including procurement planning, vendor engagement, contract management, and ensuring consistent supply availability to meet operational demands
- Maintain and optimise inventory systems to ensure accurate stock visibility, demand forecasting, and supply continuity, including receipting and management of CoA inventory within ERP systems
- Apply logistics engineering principles to improve warehouse design, storage strategies, and material flow, enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and sustainment outcomes while aligning technical documentation with logistics systems
- Support ship and operational outfitting activities, including OAL load preparation, and optimisation of storeroom layouts, and the development and management of SLIMS and Defence ERP
- Contribute to workforce capability by delivering training in inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and compliance requirements, while proactively managing safety risks within supply environments
- Execute end to end codification activities utilising MCCAT, including the development and validation of item data requirements, while managing Defence ERP master data (formerly cataloguing) to ensure accurate item creation, standardisation, traceability, and integrity. Qualifications:
- Experience in either Defence ERP, WMS, SAP, SLIMS, CAMM2 and MCCAT
- Robust Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends or improvement opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Purchasing, Supply, and Procurement processes within a professional workplace
