Divisional Head People & Performance The Divisional Head People & Performance reports to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, leading and managing contemporary people and culture strategies, services, systems and capability.

Key Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of the People & Performance portfolio including workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, organisational development, performance management, training and development, wellbeing and safety, diversity and industrial relations.

Continuing to foster a productive, high performing and collaborative work environment that supports the organisation’s strategic priorities and service‑oriented culture.

Providing high level P & C advice and support to the CEO, Deputy CEO and management.

Leading, developing and managing the People & Performance team in the provision of valued services across their areas of delivery.

Ensuring compliance, data integrity and workforce assurance across P & C systems, processes and reporting.

Developing and maintaining productive relationships with a range of key stakeholders both internally and externally to the organisation.

Key Attributes & Qualifications

Experienced senior people and culture manager with a demonstrated track record in contemporary P & C leadership.

Highly collaborative approach, strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.

Sound analytical and problem‑solving capability.

Ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

Professionalism, credibility, warmth, resilience and the capacity to activate both strategic and operational outcomes.
