Care Director - Regional Victoria (Adelaide)

The Chance

We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced Director of Care to take the clinical helm of a large-scale aged care residence in Regional Victoria. You will be responsible for the overall clinical safety, quality, and compliance of a significant facility, supported by a dedicated team of Clinical Managers and RNs. Core Requirements

Clinical Leadership: Extensive experience in Clinical Care Management (CCM) or as a Care Manager within the Aged Care sector. Large-Scale Experience: Proven track record managing large-scale aged care homes (high bed numbers and large staff cohorts). AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration. Regional Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Regional Victoria and not commutable from Melbourne. Provide high‑level clinical governance and ensure 100% compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a large multidisciplinary clinical team.
