- Refer a friend bonus scheme Responsibilities Service Technician Plumber for Culligan , you will be performing installs, services, repairs, and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerized diagnostics and general technical experience.
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and completing assessments for customers.
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and, if required, follow-up appointments are arranged.

- Qualified Plumber with full trade qualifications.
- Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc.).
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve efficient issue resolution.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Full Australian driver's licence.
