About the Prospect Leading accounting firms in Adelaide are actively seeking Administrators, Client Service Officers and Receptionists to join their administration teams. These roles offer the chance to work in a collaborative environment, supporting a range of accounting professionals while furthering your career in the industry. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and PA support
- Collaborate with the admin team and assist wherever needed
- Interact with clients and stakeholders, addressing queries and managing client information
- Prepare client invoices, emails, reports, and various documents
- Handle phone calls when team members are unavailable
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements
- Maintain client records and coordinate mail services
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Assist in coordinating team workflow to meet deadlines
- Update internal procedures, records, and templates
- Handle ad‑hoc duties and projects Qualifications
- 12 months experience in administration in an accounting firm
- Excellent attention to detail and care for the work you do
- Great organisational skills
- Experience with ATO and ASIC work
