About the Opportunity This hands‑on role involves a broad range of gardening and grounds maintenance tasks, including:
- Landscaping and garden care
- Planting, pruning and irrigation support
- Grounds maintenance across multiple ECH sites
- Basic technical tasks such as paving installation and irrigation repairs About You This role is a great fit if you:
- Are currently studying or recently completed a Horticulture, Landscaping or Irrigation qualification.
- Are considering a career change and bring transferable skills—such as practical outdoor work experience, customer service, teamwork, or problem solving.
- Enjoy being outdoors and take pride in creating welcoming, functional outdoor spaces.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate respectfully with older clients and understand the importance of their experience. Qualifications
- National Police Check
- Driver’s Licence
- First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling
