The Role: Less Admin, More Management We believe Property Managers should be managers, not data-entry clerks. That’s why we use Ailo to automate the "boring stuff" and provide a dedicated Inspection Agent to support you in the field. Your day-to-day will include:
- Tenancy Management: Handling the end-to-end lifecycle of your tenancies.
- Maintenance Coordination: Using the Ailo platform to manage repairs and keep landlords in the loop.
- Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for Landlords and Tenants.
- Leasing & Growth: Securing new business and ensuring your portfolio is performing at its peak.

- Experience in Property Management (experience with Ailo or Inspection Express/Agent software is a plus!).
- Current SA Property Management Registration.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
