- Keep things organised and running smoothly, ensuring our stock is in top shape and our customers leave with a smile Qualifications
- You've got enthusiasm and actually enjoy helping people find solutions and gets genuinely excited about sharing your knowledge with others
- You have proven experience in customer service or retail, with a track record of delivering exceptional service
- You're organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage stock, inventory, and store operations efficiently
- You possess strong communication skills and can explain product features and perks clearly to customers
- You're a reliable team player who's willing to roll up your sleeves and support colleagues when needed
- You have excellent problem-solving abilities and can think on your feet to resolve customer concerns
- Hold a current valid drivers licence
