The incredible opportunity As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you will step into a hands‑on role executing the day‑to‑day procurement, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows for our Edge Solutions division. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Finance team, you will be the operational engine keeping our global hardware pipeline moving smoothly. Stuff we’ll trust you to do
- Proactively gather requirements, secure competitive supplier quotes, and partner with Finance to drive purchase order generation and order confirmations.
- Facilitate end‑to‑end onboarding for new vendors, ensuring 100% compliance with corporate NDAs, compliance checks, and optimal Incoterms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, relentlessly chasing down lead times and tracking deliveries to mitigate production line risks.
- Actively manage stock levels, lead periodic physical stocktakes, maintain inventory software, and investigate any discrepancies.
- Coordinate inbound component freight and outbound shipping with international forwarders, audit customs documentation, and eliminate transit bottlenecks.
- Compile and distribute critical weekly and monthly supply chain dashboards, including Overdue Order Trackers and Supplier Performance Metrics. What we’ll like about you
- 2+ years of proven experience in inventory control, logistics coordination, or purchasing administration.
- Proven ability to work tightly with internal departments (especially Finance/AP) to track orders and payments.
- Experience coordinating with local/international freight forwarders and checking shipping manifests, including the coordination of shipment of sales orders, while documenting serial numbers.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize data and manage basic formulas cleanly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to professionally follow up with stakeholders and close the loop.
