Service Manager – Step up and be rewarded! $100,000 – $120,000 per year + Bonus + Vehicle Air Conditioning Doctor is a growing team offering 5‑Star heating & cooling service across Adelaide. This role is a Service Manager responsible for coordinating residential and light commercial work, managing technicians, and ensuring high quality and productive operations. Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Representative with allocating jobs to the appropriate technicians.
- Manage and support technicians to set them up for success.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the team.
- Handle customer compliments, issues or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and follow up quotations for repair and installation work as required.
- Manage service van and warehouse stock levels using JMS reporting.
- Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards with minimal callbacks.
- Assist with invoicing and COD client jobs.
- Assist the owner in identifying, securing, and growing commercial clients through development and conversion of service agreements and maintenance proposals.
- Participate in growth and development training.
- Assist in fine‑tuning current systems and processes. Qualifications
- Positive, motivated team player with strong communication skills.
- Experience in heating & cooling, electrician, installer or spare parts role.
- Organised with an eye for detail.
- Practical mindset and ability to think on your feet.
