- Plan, deliver and assess engaging learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum for Years 7‑10 English, HASS and EIF.
- Differiate curriculum and learning experiences to meet diverse learning needs of students.
- Use evidence‑informed teaching strategies to improve student achievement, engagement and literacy outcomes.
- Establish positive and inclusive classroom environments that promote high expectations and respectful relationships.
- Use assessment data to monitor student progress and inform future teaching.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and families.
