The Role As the Hotel OR Bar Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the site. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be expected to lead from the floor and mentor a diverse team across all departments. Key Responsibilities
- Bar & Beverage: Manage a high-volume bar operation, including menu curation, cellar management, and wage-to-revenue control.
