Digital Manager (Adelaide)

As Digital Manager in our award-winning Adelaide team, you’ll lead day-to-day digital activity across Carat Adelaide's portfolio, with primary responsibility for Federal Group. The role facilitates all digital execution and supports activity across the wider portfolio. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end digital campaign management across Google and Meta. Lead digital planning input into the FY27 brand planning cycle
- Coordinate digital planning, delivery and strategy with creative, data and PR streams within an integrated model
- Build, optimise and report on campaigns to brief, budget and timeline
- Partner directly with clients on briefs, recommendations and performance reviews
- Mentor and support junior members of the digital team, providing guidance across channels, tools, and best practices A bit about you:
- 4+ years of digital media experience, including within agency
- Hands-on platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta; capable of building, optimising and running across campaign types. Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads tools
- Confident communicator, proactive and intuitive. Can anticipate client and team needs
- Strong commercial literacy: budget pacing, ROAS and CPA frameworks
- Experience working within an integrated agency model (media plus CX, creative, data), tourism, hospitality or gaming category experience desirable What’s in it for you:
