Senior Business Banking Manager (Adelaide)

Join a high-performing team delivering tailored financial solutions to SME and mid-market clients. Senior Business Banking Manager – Metro & Specialized Team Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business banking customers, driving both retention and recent-to-bank acquisition.
- Deliver integrated financial solutions across lending, deposits and risk management tailored to client needs.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through referral partners and external networks.
- Assess credit risk, structure lending proposals and manage portfolio profitability and performance.
- Partner with internal specialists and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in business or commercial banking with strong exposure to lending and credit assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio through both acquisition and relationship deepening.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis and structuring lending deals.
- Established networks and ability to generate new business through referrals and partnerships.
- Background in Tier 1 or Tier 2 banking environments, with a commercial and client‑focused mindset.
