About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to lead and support field technicians while transitioning from hands‑on electrical work into a supervisory and management-focused role. Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example as a hands‑on supervisor within the field
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing team members
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Coordinating and overseeing service delivery operations
- Utilising digital systems and technology for reporting and workflow management About You The successful candidate will have
