- Document control.
- Assist the Estimators in preparing pre-qualifications and tenders.
- Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager during all phases of the construction process.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with company procedures and policies, WHS Act, WHS Regulations, EPA Act and all Codes of Practice.
- Conform to time schedules, budgets, and performance criteria.
- Collate deliverables required for practical completion.
- Manage project close-out and archiving. Qualifications
- Recently completed tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Building Economics.
- Self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision with a focus on results.
- Competent in the use of MS Office.
