Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes. Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega application development
- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC, BPM platform, and related tools
- Ensure adherence to Pega architecture and design principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high‑quality deliverables
- Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and support of Pega applications
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Pega technologies and best practices Qualifications
- Extensive Pega Development Experience: Experience designing and implementing Pega PRPC‑based solutions, covering the full development lifecycle from application and case design to deployment and testing
- Architectural Design Implementation: Demonstrated experience in an architectural or leadership capacity, designing and developing shared, reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega
- Core Technical Proficiency: Solid fundamentals in Core Java and Object‑Oriented concepts, combined with strong proficiency in PL/SQL, database tuning, and client‑side technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
- System Integration Expertise: Proven experience integrating Pega with other systems using technologies like SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, and various listeners (MQ, JMS, File, Email)
- Required Pega Certification: Must hold a current Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA‑P1) certification
- Agile Methodology Collaboration: Strong experience working effectively in an agile workplace, with excellent communication and collaboration skills for delivering projects across multiple release cycles
- Domain Interest Problem‑Solving: A genuine interest in the Case Management domain and a proven ability to learn and apply new technologies to develop practical, real‑world solutions
