One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Senior Records Management Infrastructure Engineer in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide . Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and technical administration for instances of OpenText Content Manager and supporting suite, IDOL content indexing, and Kiteworks.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues and contribute to the resolution of incidents.
- Plan, test, and execute patching and upgrade activities to ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies and deliver system enhancements.
- Deep knowledge of EDRMS platforms and integrations.
- Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and services.
