Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, purchase order matching, expense claims, and credit card coding.
- Maintain the AP inbox and ensure timely responses to internal and external queries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise certain tasks and follow up when required
- Be able to work effectively in a close-knit team whilst also having the ability to work autonomously when required
- Strong communication skills
