Oracle EPM Consultant (Planning Focus) (Adelaide)

We have been engaged by a leading organisation to assist in securing a couple of experienced Oracle EPM Consultants that specialise within the (Planning module
- EPBCS). The role can be based out of Sydney or Melbourne (possibly Brisbane). The successful consultant will focus on leading customer consulting engagements, pre‑sales activities such as solution demonstrations and tender responses, and designing / architecting EPM solutions for customers. - Design and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions
- Translate business and FP&A; requirements into scalable planning application designs
- Configure dimensions, forms, calculations, workflows, and dashboards
- Build and manage planning rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting
- Support data integration, automation, and validation activities
- Lead testing cycles, user training, and go‑live support
- Coordinate project tasks and contribute to solution demos and client presentations Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 4yrs of experience implementing Oracle EPBCS or Planning Cloud
- Strong understanding of FP&A; processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
- Robust and in-depth experience building custom planning models (happy to look at other packages to Oracle (Hyperion, Adaptive)
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration tools
- Prior experience with Hyperion Planning or Essbase is a plus
- Strong financial background with experience of core finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting or management reporting
- Proven track record of success working on business development initiatives
