- Opportunity to grow your skills in operations, logistics, and scheduling About the role This is more than just an admin position, you will play a key role in supporting both customer service and daily operational coordination . You’ll be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
- Assisting with coordination of daily run sheets for drivers
- Maintaining accurate data entry and job records
- Supporting the team with general administration and problem-solving You will also step in to support workforce scheduling when required , including:
- Assisting with planning and coordinating labour and equipment
- Communicating with drivers, operators, and supervisors to keep plans on track
- Supporting smooth daily operations by adapting to changing priorities What we’re looking for
- Positive attitude with high personal standards and reliability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Team player with flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset
- Confident working with data, schedules, and systems Experience is valuable, but motivation, reliability, and attitude are essential . Experience in construction, logistics, or scheduling is highly regarded. Hours (business hours) Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm Ready to apply?
