- Lead and manage IT audit engagements, assessing the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate clients' IT environments including application controls, infrastructure, cyber security, data protection, and IT governance frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to audit teams specializing in IT controls and security.
- Collaborate with clients to identify IT risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies that enhance the overall control environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT audit methodology and leverage emerging technologies such as automation and data analytics. What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing IT audit engagements within professional services or industry, covering areas such as application controls, general IT controls, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT audit frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO *****), cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams with a focus on IT control assurance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business recommendations.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or progress towards CA/CPA qualification is highly regarded. What you could gain

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 89,100 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
