The Role The Procurement Manager – Fertiliser will join the Supply Chain team, reporting to the GM Supply Chain. The role focuses on partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise procurement spend aligned with strategic goals. There may be travel to attend face‑to‑face meetings with suppliers and stores. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain & grow existing supplier relationships
- Manage supplier panels, contracts and optimise commercial terms
- Align with the retail team to support procurement objectives Candidate Qualifications
- Proven experience within the agricultural fertiliser market supply chain
- Solid relationships with agricultural industry suppliers
- High‑level negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
