We're searching for a technically skilled Electrical Engineer to lead early-stage project design and support delivery through to commissioning. This is a hands-on role driving feasibility, design, grid connection, and EPC engagement across NEM-connected and off-grid assets. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead feasibility studies, layouts, yield analysis (pvDesign), and site screening
- Support grid connection strategy and liaise with consultants on GPS & R1–R3 compliance
- Input into EPC tendering, equipment specs, and technical scope
- Work closely with an international EPC team and support delivery for smaller projects What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience on utility-scale solar + BESS in Australia
- Strong design, compliance, and EPC interface knowledge
- Familiarity with AEMO, NER, GPS processes
- Proficiency in tools like pvDesign (RatedPower) highly regarded The Role Setup
- ~70% office-based / 30% site-based
- Focus on early development now, with delivery work ramping up over 12–24 months
- Reporting to offshore EPC team
