Senior Asset Manager (Adelaide)

We currently have an chance for a Senior Asset Manager Hard FM & ICT to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in leading wholeoflife asset management across complex hospital infrastructure, ensuring safe, compliant and highperforming environments that support critical healthcare services. Reporting to the Executive Manager HFM and Security, youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services. This role is based at Royal Adelaide Hospital, working five days on site, with onsite car parking available and free public transport provided. What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategic development and delivery of the Asset Management Program across Hard FM and ICT infrastructure, aligned to PPP contractual obligations.
- Own and continuously improve the Asset Management Plan, asset register, lifecycle planning and condition auditing frameworks.
- Drive wholeoflife asset strategies using data, analytics and asset management systems to support informed decisionmaking.
- Partner closely with internal teams, project delivery, ICT specialists and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely and valuedriven outcomes.
- Provide trusted leadership, governance and reporting to support lifecycle works, audits, and longterm capital planning. What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in senior asset management roles within complex environments such as health, hospitals or largescale facilities.
- Strong knowledge of wholeoflife asset management, lifecycle planning, condition assessment and PPP contract models.
- Experience working across Hard FM and ICT infrastructure, with confidence using asset management and reporting systems.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Business or a related discipline.
