Site Supervisor - Civil Construction (Adelaide)

We're growing — and we're looking for a driven and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our field teams and help us keep delivering exceptional results. Our site teams are the backbone of what we do. What We're Looking For You'll need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising civil construction projects (residential subdivision and/or civil infrastructure experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to lead and develop field crews, leading hands, and subcontractors
- Confident reading, interpreting, and communicating construction plans to your team and clients
- Solid WHS knowledge including SWMSs, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reporting
- Experience managing contract works, variations, and day‑works administration
- Ability to operate plant including excavators, trucks (LR/MR/HR), water carts, skidsteers, and rollers All Candidates
- White Card and HR Truck Licence (required)
- Senior First Aid Certificate (required)
- Environmental Awareness Training (desirable)
- Strong communicator — comfortable directing crews and liaising with clients and Project Managers
- Natural problem‑solver who can think on their feet under pressure
- Positive, approachable, and reliable — someone the whole team can lean on
- Physically fit and happy working outdoors across multiple project sites What You Can Expect From Us
