Job Description We are seeking a Customer Acquisition Specialist who is a natural communicator and thrives in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. The role involves growing Cotality’s client base by engaging with prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and guiding potential clients through the early stages of their journey. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Manage and nurture a personal sales pipeline using CRM and lead management tools.
- Qualify leads through needs‑based conversations to ensure a strong solution fit.
- Provide tailored product information, pricing guidance, and demonstrations to support purchasing decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow‑up on all lead opportunities and capture customer information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hand‑off and onboarding experience for recent clients.
- Deliver strong results aligned with sales, quality, and customer service KPIs. Job Qualifications – Essential
- 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing sales or success role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Comfort with learning new systems and managing a sales pipeline. Job Qualifications – Preferred
- Relevant certifications or study in Business, Sales, and/or Account Management.
- Industry knowledge of real estate, construction, or PropTech.
- Call centre, B2B, or tech experience. Benefits
