Tektalent has partnered with our client, a global technology company specializing in advanced access control solutions. This is a permanent prospect for an Account Manager to acquire, activate and maintain a healthy number of active partners in the South Australia Region , working closely with the partner network and a blend of account management and warm business development. Our client is a market leader delivering secure, cloud‑based hardware and software solutions to education, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, and government sectors. Role responsibilities
- Develop and manage partner portfolio in the assigned region.
- Prospect and qualify new end‑user opportunities through the partner network.
- Present appropriate solutions to prospects, aiming to generate proposal inquiries with sales partners.
- Support partners in advancing opportunities through the sales cycle to win business.
- Provide training, technical support, and ensure partners hold required product certifications.
- Maintain opportunity data in CRM and report to the BDM.
- Analyze partner sales performance and recommend support or exclusion as needed. Your key attributes & experience needed
- Minimum 3+ years in sales as an Account Manager, Account Executive, Partner Manager or Channel Manager within technology businesses.
- Experience selling technology solutions – hardware and SaaS.
- Proven track record in key account or partner management within a tech environment.
- Willingness to travel interstate occasionally (not frequent).
