Working closely with Directors and senior leaders, you’ll have real ownership across both experience and operations in a growing, privately-owned company. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the planning and execution of internal and external events
- Managing event logistics including suppliers, catering, accommodation, transport and guest experience
- Running the day-to-day operations of our North Adelaide office
- Creating a workplace that is organised, welcoming and high performing
- Supporting Directors with travel, coordination and business logistics
- Driving employee engagement through team events, celebrations and culture initiatives About You
- Experience in events, hospitality, office management or coordination roles
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and building strong relationships
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Hands‑on, proactive and solutions‑focused
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences
