We are seeking a Finance and Administration Officer to join the organisation and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely and compliant financial operations. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Group Management Accountant, you will:
- support the day‑to‑day finance operations including the management of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations;
- manage payroll in accordance with legislative and compliance requirements;
- prepare and process NDIS and aged care billing, claims and invoices;
- maintain accurate financial records and support audit and compliance activities;
- provide financial and administrative support to staff, clients and key stakeholders;
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness and improve client outcomes. Demonstrating strong attention to detail, excellent organisational capability and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you will bring a committed, resilient and solutions‑focussed approach supported by proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and relevant accounting software and systems. Success in this role will be further underpinned by prior experience in a similar position within the NDIS or Aged Care sector, or it will suit an aspiring finance and administration professional with a proactive mindset and solid willingness to learn. A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Administration or a related discipline is considered highly desirable.
