About the Role We are seeking an experienced, energetic and highly personable Talent Acquisition Advisor/Recruitment Consultant to join our outstanding team. Working alongside our Consultants, Registered Psychologists and Registered Organisational Psychologists, and supported by a wonderful administrative team, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment assignments. This includes client briefings, candidate screening and interviews, selection processes, reference checking, participation in panel interviews and the preparation of professional reports and recommendations. You will leverage an established client base while also identifying and developing new client partnerships, building strong, trusted relationships and developing a deep understanding of organisational context, culture and leadership requirements to deliver disciplined, high‑quality recruitment outcomes and advice. You This role will suit an experienced recruitment consultant, talent acquisition specialist or client‑focused professional from within analogous skilled services environments. You will bring the following:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, executive search or a related professional services role
- Strong client relationship management skills with a consultative, service‑oriented approach
- The ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes with rigour, integrity and attention to detail
- Well‑developed communication, interviewing, analytical and report‑writing skills
- Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage sensitive information
- Strong organisational skills, self‑motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and alignment with our team‑based, high‑performance culture
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in organisations, leadership and people A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management or a related discipline is desired but not essential.
