About the role At Qantas, our teams come together to create new and unique experiences for our customers and a great opportunity within our Qantas Digital business unit. Collaboratively create innovative customer‑facing digital product experiences with an industry leader. Full‑time permanent position based at our new Product and Innovation Centre in Adelaide. Responsibilities As the Business Analyst, you will partner with the Product Manager to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable solutions and user stories that align and engage delivery teams. You bring a robust customer focus, expertise in agile and analytics, and confidence working with stakeholders to generate insights, drive feature and process improvements, and support informed decision‑making. Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology, or Marketing.
- Experience across AI, web, app, CRM, telephony, and/or consultant booking platforms.
- Proven success working in large, cross‑functional teams.
- Deep understanding of modern frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Design thinking, HCD, multivariate testing, Continuous Improvement.
- Solid experience establishing and executing reports in a digital analytics or business intelligence (BI) tool, preferably Adobe Analytics, and ability to compare data sets to deduce accurate insights.
- Skilled in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and management skills (day‑to‑day interpersonal, structured workshops, showcases, and customer journey walkthroughs across all seniority levels).
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and is proactive with initiative and a bias for the customer.
- Enjoys contributing to solid team dynamics and culture.
- Proficient in collaboration tools like Miro, JIRA and Confluence for documentation and story management. Benefits
