About The Role As a Senior Accountant, you’ll work on a diverse portfolio of clients across industries such as agribusiness, manufacturing, transport, and professional services. Our diverse client base, including iconic local and national businesses, gives you rewarding career challenges to inspire growth through problem solving. You’ll deliver strategic tax and business advisory solutions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with Partners on high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities
- Work autonomously to deliver tailored client portfolios, tax and business advisory solutions.
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for complex structures.
- Prepare and consider the best strategic advice on structuring, succession planning, business acquisitions and sales.
- Mentor and review the work of junior accountants.
- Complete client compliance planning and advise on best practice.
- Research complex tax issues and liaise with Tax Consultants as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with data security and reporting standards. About You
- CA or CPA qualified.
- 5+ years’ experience in Business Services within public practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax and compliance.
- Confident in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset with leadership capability.
- You must have the legal right to work in Australia.
- This role is based in Australia, and candidates should be able to work on-site or within the required time zone. Benefits
