Key responsibilities include:
- Speak with professionals daily (you'll be great at this and not intimidated by big titles)
- Build pipelines through our RMS and own interviews
- Keep the recruitment process moving with confidence and urgency
- Send hot resumes to our clients, (they're just waiting for our people to hit their inbox)
- Schedule interviews for our clients
- Conduct reference checks and compliance checks
- Prepare shortlists and alert clients by phone with urgency
- Manage expectations and handle objections
- Close candidates and excel in offer negotiations About You
- Confident, persuasive and excellent on the phone
- Rapid-paced and highly organised
- Strong at influencing and closing people to make decisions
- Tough when needed, but warm and qualified
- Calm under pressure with exceptional follow-through
