Digital Manager (Adelaide)

In our award‑winning Adelaide team, Digital Manager will lead day‑to‑day digital activity across Carat Adelaide’s portfolio, primarily responsible for the Federal Group, facilitating all digital execution and supporting wider portfolio activity. Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end digital campaign management across Google and Meta.
- Lead digital planning input into the FY27 brand planning cycle.
- Coordinate digital planning, delivery and strategy with creative, data and PR streams within an integrated model.
- Build, optimise and report on campaigns to brief, budget and timeline.
- Partner directly with clients on briefs, recommendations and performance reviews.
- Mentor and support junior members of the digital team, providing guidance across channels, tools and best practices. Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital media experience, including agency experience.
- Hands‑on platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta; capable of building, optimising and running across campaign types.
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads tools.
- Confident communicator, proactive and intuitive; able to anticipate client and team needs.
- Strong commercial literacy: budget pacing, ROAS and CPA frameworks.
- Experience working within an integrated agency model (media plus CX, creative, data); tourism, hospitality or gaming category experience desirable. Benefits
