The business works closely with clients, consultants and contractors, providing project coordination and project management support from early planning through to delivery. What's On Offer

- Support Project Managers with project coordination, documentation and day to day project administration
- Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, action tracking and follow up
- Help manage project registers, reports, correspondence and project records
- Support consultant, contractor and stakeholder communication
- Assist with tender coordination, procurement support and contract administration tasks
- Track project actions, deadlines and documentation to make sure nothing falls through the cracks The Criteria
- Construction management, project management, engineering or property related degree
- Some local Adelaide construction or property project experience
- Ideally already working as a Project Coordinator, Cadet, Junior CA, Graduate PM or similar
- Solid organisation, attention to detail and follow through
