- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives across the South Australian customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within South Australia.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies, including a Sales colleague in South Australia.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services. The Successful Applicant A successful Sales Engineer should have:
- A strong technical understanding of electrical/mechanical/mechatronic engineering
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn sales and collaborate with a supportive team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
